Staff Awards 2026: Evening celebration event

You are invited to this year's Whittington Staff Awards evening celebration!

We will celebrate with a three-course meal, hear about the fantastic values-driven work from across Whittington Health in the past year, then dance the night away with cherished colleagues.

Agenda

• 6:30: Doors open and welcome soft drinks
• 7:00: Three-course meal is served
• 8:15: Awards ceremony begins
• 9:30: Awards ceremony finishes, disco and paid bar opens (cashless payment only)
• 11:00: Carriages

Dress code

The evening is all about celebrating those people who deserve to be recognised, so why not take the opportunity to be recognised for your outfit! The event will be indoors, dresses and lounge suits would be appropriate. We'd love to celebrate colleagues in national dress, or dress that is culturally important to you, though there are no strict rules. You are more than welcome to wear black tie, but this is not required.

Booking information

The booking form includes dietary and access requirements. We will need to send the list of dietary requirements for all dinners to the Royal College of Physicians on Friday 26 June 2026 so that they can order all the ingredients in time. Any tickets booked after Friday 26 June 2026 will be given the vegetarian dinner, as this will be the meal that the widest number of people are able to eat.

You must book your ticket via this website. Emailing or accepting the Outlook invitation is not enough.

With over 200 attendees, each with potential dietary and accessibility needs, we can't juggle the guestlist via email and outlook acceptances.

We also cannot extend invitations to partners who do not work at the Trust - sorry about this!

The event is free to attend for all invitees. It would be helpful if you could bring your ticket with you (on your mobile is better for the environment) but we will have guest lists if you forget it.
