Full Moon Women's Circle
Wholeheartedly You Full Moon Women’s Circles are a sacred pause—a space to reconnect, ground, and gather in sisterhood. Wrapped in the energy of the full moon, we honour our connection with nature, the universe, and ourselves, supporting growth, healing, and deep remembering.
The full moon is a moment of illumination, where the cycle reaches its peak and everything is brought into the light. It invites us to see our own wholeness—to stop striving, take a breath, and honour exactly where and who we are.
Under its glow, emotions stir, clarity rises, and truths reveal themselves. A full moon circle offers a gentle space for reflection, inviting us to meet all parts of ourselves with love. The moon reminds us: we are always whole, always enough—just as we are.
What you can expect
- A guided meditation to relax, release tension, and connect with the transformative energy of the full moon
- Gentle breath work and somatic practices to connect body and mind to support healing
- Reflection time and journalling with soothing natural tea
- The opportunity to share whatever is arising for you in our sharing circle (sharing optional)
- Calling on the oracle cards to connect with the moon's energy (also a beautiful way to nurture and tune into your intuition)
- Intention setting ritual - once the full moon reaches its peak, it begins to wane back to the new moon. What are you ready to release or let go of that no longer serves you?
You are welcome to bring an item of your choosing to place in the circle altar, to charge with the full moon’s energy and the energy from the evening. Cushions, pens, paper, water and tea will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything that will support your comfort e.g. a blanket, your own journal, a water bottle.
