Are you interested in how restorative approaches can be embedded in schools and alternative provision?

Join Why me? for an insightful panel discussion as we share the key findings and learnings from our project introducing restorative and trauma-informed approaches into Rowhill school. Over the course of the project, staff have undergone intensive training and mentoring from Transforming Conflict. In this event, our panel will discuss the real-world impact of this intervention on staff, students, and the wider school community.

Featuring first hand insights from both the lead trainer Dr Belinda Hopkins and Assistant Headteacher, Culture and Welfare Matt Poole , this session will explore how shifting toward a relational culture can make children feel safer, more resilient, more engaged in their education and staff empowered in restorative approaches.
