Valuing Victims
Wed 16 Jun 2021 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM BST
Online, Zoom
Description
Join us on the 16th of June to discuss the latest findings from Why me?'s Valuing Victims’ report based on 2019/20 data obtained from the Ministry of Justice about Restorative Justice across the country.
This interactive event will allow people in different restorative services to discuss their approach to filling in the data requested from the Ministry of Justice, and how the data collection process could be clearer. We will also discuss six practice examples from restorative services across the country, and how providers can increase uptake of Restorative Justice.
You will hear about the report, before joining two breakout discussions: One about how to record data about Restorative Justice, and the other to exchange good practice about increasing cases.
The session will finish by hearing from the Victims' Commissioner, Dame Vera Baird QC
Come along for the chance to share ideas with people working in restorative services across the country, and help us improve the way we measure and deliver Restorative Justice.
