Restorative Justice Forum

People affected by crime have a right to be given information about Restorative Justice under the Victims Code of Practice. But research shows that this isn't happening. Many are left without information about a resource which could transform their healing.

How do we ensure that people affected by crime get the rights they are entitled to in the Victims Code?

We believe that enshrining the right in law would help widen access to Restorative Justice. This opportunity arises in the upcoming Victims and Prisoners Bill.
