Pinole Blue / Station 8 BBQ / Wichita By E.B. wagyu brisket tamale collab

Here is the preorder sale for the Wichita By E.B. collab Wagyu Brisket Tamales with Pinole Blue and Station 8 BBQ.

Only one dozen per person. 

A dozen wagyu brisket tamales will be $40. 

The tamales will be made with Wagyu brisket, prepared by Station 8, along with a special BBQ sauce they will provide. The tamales will then be made by myself along with Eddie Sandoval and the staff at Pinole Blue. 

The big bonus. Profits from these tamales will all go to Colvin Elementary to help pay for the lunches of kids who need the support. 

Some backstory. Colvin is an elementary school located in the neighborhood of Plainview in south Wichita. It's the very first school I attended where I learned to write at the kindergarten level that's helped build this blog. My first house was across the street from the school. While my time there was short, I can't forget my roots. I was blessed to have a family who was able to provide me meals for school. Not all kids have that luxury, and this is our way to pay it forward in life. You may not know, but Station 8 BBQ already donates meat for sandwiches to various other public schools to help provide free lunches.

After the preorder, pickup will be at Pinole Blue at 242 N. Cleveland St. Only the name listed on the pickup will be allowed to pick up your tamales.  Times and dates for pickup:
Thursday, Dec. 18: 9-5pm
Friday, Dec. 19: 9am - 5pm
Saturday, Dec. 20: 9am - 1pm
