Wild Arts return to the beautiful Bowling Green for another evening of great opera - intrigue, jealousy, comedy, idealism and pure love. Our opera evening is a love story built around your favourite opera classics, arranged into 75 minutes of musical heaven, through which you can follow four characters’ journeys through a kaleidoscope of arias, duets, and ensembles. It is sung by the stars of tomorrow and played by a string quintet of top chamber musicians.

You are welcome to arrive from 6.15pm to enjoy the gardens, set up your picnic, and open the bubbly.

The performance will start at 7pm with a 45-minute interval, and will be finished soon after 9pm.

We are expecting a beautiful summer's evening, but if the weather is not kind the performance will be in Painswick church.

An unalloyed delight to hear such musical perfection in one short show. And the string quintet presentation was so brilliant I now want to hear all my favourite operas performed that way.  Anyone not having attended really missed something special. Do yourself a favour and buy a ticket next time the Wild Arts group are in town. I know I will. Review of our 2023 Opera Evening show.

A joy beyond all expectation - sassily delivered and outstandingly well sung. Michael White on our 2023 production of The Elixir of Love

Tickets £35. Enjoy the evening together with friends - buy 6 tickets and save £20. Bring the family - tickets for everyone under the age of 16 are £10. Free parking is included with your ticket. Early booking is advised as last year's show was a sellout.

Wild Arts is a new company that brings world-class opera to locations often overlooked by others. Additionally, it nurtures young talent and runs an enriching programme for primary schools. More details on wildarts.org.uk.
