Description
Wild Arts return for a fifth year to Alistair and Sophie Park's beautiful garden in Heronsgate, with their new production of Tchaikovsky's passionate exploration of life, death, love, and pride: Eugene Onegin.
Directed by the former Artistic Director of Shakespeare’s Globe, Dominic Dromgoole, and conducted by Orlando Jopling, the production is arranged for chamber orchestra and staged in period costume, with a new English translation.
An outstanding cast is led by Timothy Nelson, Galina Averina, Xavier Hetherington, and Emma Hodkinson, alongside a hand-picked selection of internationally-renowned performers and rising stars – accompanied by the world-class players of the Wild Arts Ensemble.
This production shone from Wild Arts, honouring all aspects of this miraculous score.
