We are proud to have teamed up with New Hall Wines from Essex and British Fine Foods for the culinary experience at the Festival. New Hall Vineyards has been growing and producing wine since 1969, making it one of the oldest vineyards in England to date. All of the food sourced for the menus is from Award winning artisan producers from across the British Isles, and holders of the Royal Warrant to ensure you enjoy the very best quality.

Smoked Mackerel Pâté with gherkins and spring onions (120g)
Severn & Wye use traditional smoking methods and sustainably caught mackerel for this moreish pâté

Oatcakes,with a crisp crunch and rich, nutty, caramelised flavour, made in the traditional way and baked by hand by Wooleys on the Isle of Arran.

With a pale salmon, Provençale hue, New Hall’s Barons Rosé is packed full of summer fruits, red apple, white peach with a slight creaminess and a tart balanced finish.

Red Wine Barons Lane 2021 £15
Full of black cherry and bramble fruit with a hint of red cherry and almond, New Hall’s Barons Lane Red displays juicy dark fruits, tomato leaf and a smokey peppery character leading to a firm, well-structured finish.
