Back by popular demand, our third foraged Wild Curry Night Dinner is on Sunday 27 August. The fabulous Indie Roots with Monica Wilde Forager are delighted to be hosting another wonderful meal celebrating Indian and Wild Cuisine. A fusion of wild ingredients, foraged plants, wild mushrooms and the best of seasonal Scottish game, with Indian spices and sauces. The ticket price is for everything on the set menu and you can taste all of the dishes shared at your table. We've been picking wild herbs and berries for months now to make some amazing dishes. The exact menu might vary a little, depending on which plants and fungi there are.
