Energy Building session
This one hour session, led by Ollie in the WildFit tipi, uses breathing techniques, movement and stretch postures to build the body’s energy for recovery and optimal health. It includes Chi Gung, Tai Chi, archetypal rest postures, diaphragm breathing and energy healing. In addition each participant will receive a takeaway everyday health sequence.
