Wellness & Weight loss workhop
Join Ollie to experience and learn about a sustainable and holistic approach to health and weight loss. This three hour workshop includes an Everyday Health Sequence (20 min takeaway programme); movement games; a wander around the obstacles, presentation on movement, nutrition, rest, de-tox. & pysche for health, weight loss & vitality; a copy of Ollie’s book Uncommon Sense (RRP £20); Chi Gung & Tai Chi; a Q&A. This will be a relaxed, friendly and enjoyable session for all, whatever fitness level, size or shape.
