Wildflower Saloon Winter Wonderland Wine Dinner: January 2026

Please join us for a delicious four course dinner and wine pairing in our private dining room. The theme for this month is "Winter Wonderland" and will be sure to delight. Seats are limited and ticket sales will close by noon on 1/13/26 to allow for final preparations prior to the dinner on 1/14/26. Ticket prices are all inclusive of dinner, wine pairings, gratuity, and taxes. Contact the event coordinator at WildflowerSaloonEvents@gmail.com to request a vegetarian main course option. Appetizer: Roasted pear, gorgonzola, and caramelized onion crostini with a balsamic drizzle

Starter: Seafood Newburg: lobster, shrimp, baby scallops on a puff pastry finished with sherry cream

Main: Braised short ribs over velvety polenta with roasted root vegetables

Dessert: Crème brûlée bread pudding
