Step into a dreamy little sanctuary where wildflowers hang from the ceiling, fairy lights glow softly, and calm, cosy interiors create the perfect space for you and your Little Wildflower to relax, bond and enjoy precious time together.

This special 5-week term will be filled with gentle magic, connection and beautiful seasonal touches. Each session will be inspired by the wonder of nature — with crocheted caterpillars, bunnies, buzzy bees, sweet rhymes, soft sensory treasures and enchanting seasonal décor.

Our calming Baby Yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture both baby and parent, creating a peaceful space to slow down, breathe and truly soak up these precious early months together.

Each carefully curated session includes:

✨ Gentle Baby Yoga and stretches

✨ Natural and fabric sensory play

✨ Sweet, nature-inspired action songs and rhymes

✨ Baby massage and calming lullabies

✨ Gentle yoga stretches for Mamas

✨ Relaxation and breathing exercises

✨ A warm drink and sweet treat each week

✨ Time to connect, chat and unwind with other Mamas

✨ A grounding meditation to close each session

Our final week will be a beautiful graduation celebration, with special touches, a styled photo area and a keepsake craft to treasure.

✨ The wonderful Baby Photography by Sophie will also be joining us during the term to capture timeless, natural photographs of your precious little one, should you wish✨

This 5-week course is suitable for babies from 11 weeks until they are crawling or becoming busy movers.
