We offer foraging and wild food courses in Wales that go beyond simply identifying wild food. 

Our mission is to teach you how to sustainably harvest wild food responsibly while fostering a connection with the environment and landscape that sustains these wild ingredients.

Unlike most UK foraging businesses – we directly manage the woodlands and meadow sites we use for our courses, ensuring our training is deeply rooted in nature. A significant amount of what you pay for a foraging course or event is reinvested back into the habitats and ecosystems that mean so much to us.
