Naked Yoga

It is easy to self-critique our bodies, yet it is a unique miracle which carries us through life and deserves love. 

Naked yoga is a way to truly open up to yourself, shedding off self-doubts as well as societal or cultural preconceptions of self. 

We will come together to create a space of radical self-acceptance and witness our raw goddess power. 

If you can free yourself from not being enough or needing to be perfect, you unlock true freedom.

This 90 min practise will take you on a transformative journey of letting go and stepping into your divine female power.

We welcome all persons who identify  as female / female non-binary to join this session.
Nudity is encouraged but not enforced. You are welcome to practise to your own level of comfort.

Olivia Festy
Olivia is a connected movement and arts facilitator. As well as building, calm and resilience, she uses yoga and movement as a life practise to better connect with ourselves and our relationship with others. She's a mother of two kids and is still on the journey of learning how to love herself and sharing this with the world.

Seren Sins
Seren (AKA Samantha) is the creator of Wild Heart Awakened. She is a self confessed energy enthusiast and intuitive light worker, and a licensed facilitator of Chakradance in London. Seren also works with women and couples exploring their intimacy & sexuality through sensual massage and BDSM.

Event Schedule
18:45 Arrival
19:00 Heart Opening Meditation and candle lit yoga facilitated by Olivia Festy
This is a 90 minute session concluding with an optional share circle and reflections.
20:30 Complimentary Herbal Teas offered to you by Seren Sins
21:00 Event Ends

Venue: The event will be held in a private residential space in Isle of Dogs (London).
The venue is a short bus ride from Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line) or an 8 minute walk from Island Gardens & Mudchute DLR
The full venue address will be sent to participants via email 24 hours before the event.

Please bring:
- Comfortable layered clothes to change into
- Yoga mat
- Towel or blanket if you wish to
- A bottle of water
- A notebook to journal your insights

Ticket price: £25
Ticket includes full yoga session + optional social time with complimentary herbal teas.

Cancellation Policy:
This event is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the event please let us know ASAP as we may have a waiting list to re-sell your ticket.
A refund will only be offered if you are able to attend due to having a positive COVID test (proof will be required), or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
