Important UPDATE on TICKET PURCHASE for the WILD LOVE Festival 

Dear WILD LOVERS, 

for your information and transparency reasons:
Stripe, the payment service we were using in the background of the ticket sales process, has contacted Wild Love to inform us, that our "business, Wild Love Switzerland, is in violation of the Stripe Services Agreement […]" as they “are unable to accept payments for adult content […]”. As a result, they have closed our account and we will no longer be able to receive payments.
Since Stripe did not accept our explanation what Wild Love is about, we had to change to another payment service (PayPal) for now, which unfortunately raises notably higher fees for the transaction. Those fees (3.4% + 0.55 CHF = aprox. 10-15 CHF per payment) will be subducted from the amount you are paying for your ticket.
So we as team would very much appreciate if those of you who feel they can, supported us with the fees by adding a small extra amount on your ticket price.
Hopefully for future events we will find a payment method or service that is more discerning and in alignment with what WILD LOVE stands for.

Ticket Price

There are five ticket price categories:

510 - 460 - 410 - 360 - 310 CHF

In order to feel what kind of energy exchange is right for you, you can ask yourself the following questions: How am I doing financially? How much may I contribute? How much is this event worth to me?

Consider this: To make Wild Love a sustainable ongoing project and to be able to honor the time and energy that goes into its creation also financially, we would need everyone to choose the average price. If you pay a lower price, you are basically subsidized by someone else, or by the organizers (if the majority of participants choose to pay a lower price). If you choose a higher price, you are keeping this event accessible for people with less financial power than you, and you support the creation of more Wild Love in Switzerland.

And please consider: Your financial power is not limited to how much money sits in your bank account and how much you make, but also involves things such as your earning power, your education, your background, your status, your network, where you were born, etc. For example, if you have a high theoretical earning power based on your education, but choose to earn very little, we invite you to acknowledge that as a choice, compared to someone else who does not have the same choice and simply struggles to make ends meet.

Feel what is in alignment for you. Make your choice from there. And we will not ask or challenge your choice.

Accommodation & Food

Accommodation and meals need to be booked and paid extra. This is a prerequisite for your participation. Book your accommodation (or meals without accommodation if you want to sleep off-site) directly with Schloss Glarisegg. If you have special dietary requirements - vegan, gluten free, etc. - please add a note under “your message to the reservation office”.

Agreements and Commitment

The following community agreements are in place at our festival:

• I agree to breathe, to feel, to be present and to be authentic.
• I agree to maintain confidentiality. This means not disclosing any individual’s identities, stories, and experiences. I am free to speak about my own experience in the journey.
• I will clearly express my boundaries verbally and/or non-verbally and I will respect the boundaries of others without limitations.
• I agree to ask for support, guidance, and help when I need it, using clear direct requests.
• I agree to take full responsibility for the nature of my experience during this journey.

Furthermore, we will share the following commitment:

I declare that as an adult and a sovereign human, I am able and willing to stand up for myself and to decide what is good for me and what is not. I will respect my own and other people's limits. I take responsibility for the nature of my experience as well as for all my actions and interactions on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I am aware that this event includes nudity and sexuality. I hereby confirm that I am sufficiently insured (accident, personal liability).

Please only buy a ticket if you wholeheartedly agree to the agreements and the shared commitment.

Screening Process

If you decide to buy a ticket, we will ask you some questions that we feel are important for us to organize this event and to create a safe container. We will treat your answers confidentially. Please note: We reserve the right to refuse your participation, based on the aim to create a safe container. We would let you know at the latest two weeks after your purchase, and you would receive a full refund.

Cancellation Conditions

For the event "Wild Love Festival Switzerland 2023" from August 10-13, 2023, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• If you cancel your ticket up to 30 days before the event, you will receive a refund of 50% of what you paid for your ticket.
• If you cancel your ticket at a later point, you will not receive a refund.

Please note that for accommodation and meals, the terms & conditions of Schloss Glarisegg apply. They differ from ours.

Ticket Transfer Conditions

You can transfer your ticket to another person only under the following conditions:

1. You let us know about the transfer via e-mail to wildlove.ch@gmail.com
2. You do not make a profit with the transfer (please share the price for which you transfer the ticket with us)
3. The person you transfer the ticket to fills out the questionnaire on our website; we will send you the link when you contact us about the transfer
4. The person you transfer the ticket to books accommodation (or meals without accommodation if they want to sleep off-site) with Schloss Glarisegg

If one of these four conditions is not fulfilled, we will not accept the ticket transfer.

You are responsible for any changes of accommodation booking. Please arrange directly with Schloss Glarisegg. Their terms & conditions apply.
