Fire Cider Making Workshop - Bare Health, Congleton

Gather together a hands on session to create a fire cider vinegar, this is a traditional tonic created with pungent herbs, spices and apple cider vinegar believed to help boost our immune systems, nourish us and offer other benefits during the winter months. 

We will explore and use a variety of ingredients harvested and foraged locally  to create your own version to take home with you to infuse for the winter months. We will look at other winter home remedies that we can create and use too. 

This is a relaxed evening, we will weave some folklore, tradition and  share some time to create together.  

We will have a light supper and light refreshments for the event.
