Emma will take you through the love, history, science and world of lacto fermentation through a hands on workshops and tasters to share what is possible, and all the know how to take away a ready made sauerkraut and the skills and inspiration to make more.

Set in the lovely shop space of “The Mother & The Crone” Glebe Farm.
