Threshold of the Heart with Ashwini & Fionn
Cacao | Yoga | Breathwork | Sound Healing
Meeting yourself at the point of change
The Autumn Equinox is the pause between the inhale and the exhale. A liminal space where one season has ended and the next has not yet begun.
Day and night hang in perfect balance. The leaves turn red and gold and let go without a fight. Nature makes letting go look easy. Your body recognises this, even if your mind doesn't have the words yet.
This is the moment the year asks you to stop pushing and start listening to what your heart wants to say.
Ashwini and Fionn invite you to gather and cross this threshold together. Through ritual, reflection and connection, we will return to the part of you that already knows what is ready to fall away, letting it compost into the fertile ground where something new can grow.
What to expect
Cacao opens the heart. Movement explores your edges. Breathwork releases what you have been holding. Yoga nidra woven with nāda sound completes the crossing.
You will leave having met yourself at the threshold, knowing which way your heart is calling.

CLIENT LOVE
"Fionn’s Shamanic Breathwork sessions really help you feel held to go to some deep places and shift old stuck energy, trauma and loss. I love the way she incorporates shamanic tools throughout the session. You really do go on a journey and to me its another form of therapy and you are led by someone you feel very supported, safe and grounded with." - Philippa Harrop
"Super nice working with Fionn. I did a shadow breathwork session with her which I found massively useful. Really well held space. The session itself really helped me to integrate somethings that I'd been carrying for a good while. I'm feeling so much better after it. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Fionn" - Steve Swallow
"I attended Fionns SPIRITUS breathwork journeys for ‘Sacred Sexuality’ & the ‘Queen archetype’ with Fionn. Both were well held and led by Fionn who gave concise and clear information and guidance throughout. Both experiences were different for me personally and I would highly recommend giving it a try." - Amy Hughes-Tiley
Your Facilitators:
Fionn is a Trauma- Informed Somatic and Shamanic Practitioner, ceremonialist, and energy alchemist with over 17 years of experience supporting others through deep personal and spiritual healing.
She weaves breathwork, somatic practices, ancestral ritual, and energy medicine to help people reconnect with their voice, power, and inner wisdom. A trained Shamanic Practitioner, Priestess, and certified Breathwork and Somatic Guide, her studies also include Reiki, Family Constellations, Sacred Sexuality and Cacao facilitation. Her deepest learning, however, comes from Mother Earth, the trees, the animals, and the people she has been honoured to walk alongside.
Fionn brings a deep love of story and archetype into her work, inviting others to explore the patterns that shape their lives. Having walked her own healing path through religious and childhood trauma, she holds space with compassion, clarity, and integrity. Her approach is trauma-informed, heart-led, and rooted in the knowing that the medicine we seek already lives within us.
Ashwini is a Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Facilitator, yoga teacher, Nāda Yoga and sound healing practitioner, and founder of Breathe For Transformation. Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body, breath and heart hold pathways towards deeper self-awareness and transformation. Through yoga, sound, meditation and embodied practices, she creates opportunities for individuals to reconnect with themselves, listen inwardly and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with their own experience. She weaves the wisdom of traditional yogic teachings with trauma-informed approaches, nervous system awareness and contemporary understandings of wellbeing.
Holding a PhD in Social Work, Ashwini brings together her knowledge of human experience with diverse yoga traditions, Nāda Yoga, sound healing, Yoga Nidrā, Prāṇāyāma, somatic approaches and Ayurveda. For her, yoga is not simply a practice but a way of living — inviting a deeper relationship with the body, breath, mind and the subtle layers of being through the pañca kośa.
Ashwini's own journey through caregiving, grief and burnout shaped the depth and intention behind the work she offers today. She holds space with presence, warmth and compassion, inviting people to explore the stories and patterns that have shaped them while reconnecting with their innate capacity for growth and change. Her philosophy, "Educate Self to Empower and Transform," reflects her belief that understanding ourselves more deeply opens the pathway towards greater clarity, self-trust and authentic transformation.
What is Cacao?
Cacao is a heart-opening non-psychoactive plant medicine and is one of the many tools available that can help us tune into who we really are. She supports us in softening our hearts so we can move from fear to love and connect with our inner wisdom. Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves our intuition and inner guidance, which leaves you loved up (with yourself), empowered, and in your heart.
Drinking Cacao is optional. Please do speak to me about other options.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to drink Cacao, please read here. Whilst Cacao is generally safe for everyone, there are some contraindications, and it is important that you are informed.
