A women's circle rooted in the wisdom of the seasons, the cycles of the female body and the ancient tradition of gathering in circle.
Since Ancient Times
Since ancient times, women have gathered together in circles. In many cultures there were places where women withdrew during their moontime or after childbirth, stepping away from the demands of daily life to rest, share stories, and pass wisdom between generations.
Often known as Moon Lodges or Red Tents, these spaces were honoured as places of renewal where women could listen more deeply to the rhythms of their bodies and the cycles of the earth. Many traditions recognised this time as one of heightened intuition and insight, when women gathered together to listen deeply to the wisdom rising within them.
A Modern Sanctuary
This Moon Lodge is a continuation of an ancient rhythm. A sanctuary where you can pause, step out of the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm and the wisdom of the season. Within this nurturing space you are invited to share your stories, your challenges, and your joys, knowing you will be heard exactly where you are in your life.
Above all, it is a place to simply rest and be with other women. Sitting in circle reminds us of something deeply natural: we were never meant to navigate life alone.
Rooted in the Wisdom of Mother Earth 🌿
This Moon Lodge is held in the Goddess tradition, and I honour the vital role that Mother Earth and her changing seasons play in our lives. Our gatherings will follow the Wheel of the Year and the Moon cycles, aligning our own inner journeys with the beautiful, natural rhythms of the world around us.
Who is Moon Lodge for?
Moon Lodge is a women's circle for adult women in female bodies. It is centred around the lived experience and cyclical wisdom of the female body, including menstruation, fertility, menopause and post-menopausal life.
Whether you arrive full of joy, grief, uncertainty, change, or simply needing a place to breathe, you are welcome exactly as you are.
This Month's Gathering in the Moon Lodge - Tending the Hearth
We gather under the Full Harvest Moon, just a few days after the Autumn Equinox, when day and night have come into perfect balance and we begin our gentle descent into the darker half of the year.
At this point in the seasons, the harvest has been gathered. Nature is no longer striving to produce. Instead, she begins the quiet work of tending what will sustain her through the months ahead.
The Full Moon brings everything into the light.
In the feminine mysteries, this time speaks of sovereignty. A remembering that our life force is precious and that we get to decide where it goes.
Where have you been giving your energy away?
What is asking to come back into your care?
What would it mean to trust your instincts, your discernment, your own deep knowing?
Together we will gather to explore what it means to lead our own lives with presence, and to tend them with compassion, honesty and wisdom.
What to expect
Each Moon Lodge is unique and unfolds in its own way, aligned with the seasons and the moon phases.
Our time together may include storytelling, reflection, creative practices or simple rituals. This is a space to share what is on your heart and nurture one another through presence and shared wisdom. There is no pressure to speak and no advice giving.
It is simply the presence of women holding space for one another.
I hold this sacred space for the healing and deepest joy of women, as it is my greatest desire to create a sanctuary where every woman feels safe to unfurl, be seen in her wholeness, and remember her own innate power.
This is a space to be, to receive and fill your cup.
Come with an open mind and heart.

Practical Information
Spaces are limited to 12 participants, honouring the sacred number of 13 including myself, and to support an intimate and nourishing space for sharing.
Tea and cake will be available after the gathering because a gathering of women together would not be complete without something to delight our tastebuds. 😉
Please bring a piece of fruit or something sweet to share as a small offering to the circle.
Come Remember, together.
If your heart is longing for a place to pause, be witnessed and gather with other women, I would love to welcome you into the circle.
Join the WhatsApp Group here to keep up to date on upcoming Moon Lodges.
If you know women who might be interested in joining us, let them know about this space. I am looking forward to connecting with you and experiencing your wisdom.
A Gentle Note
Moon Lodge is a facilitated women's circle for reflection, connection and shared experience. It is not group therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or a mental health service. While these gatherings can be deeply supportive and restorative, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care where this is needed.
