EXHALE with Cori & Fionn
Join Cori and Fionn for an afternoon of cacao, compassion, SPIRITUS Breathwork and sound.
Feel supportively held in a trauma informed space where you are in choice.
So many of us move through life carrying far more than we realise, the old stories, the expectations, the regrets, the pressure to hold it all together, the constant feeling that we should be doing better, being better, somehow further along than we are.
Most of us know this fight intimately, we spend our lives fighting parts of ourselves, fighting our emotions, fighting our stories, fighting what happened, fighting who we think we should be.
EXHALE is an invitation to put some of that down, to stop fighting yourself, to embody more compassion, just for a few hours.
We'll begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, led by Fionn, followed by compassion-focused somatic body practices with Cori, offering simple yet powerful ways to reconnect with your body while cultivating greater compassion for yourself. Then Fionn will lead SPIRITUS Breathwork, creating space to move through some of the old stories you carry and opening you to greater compassion, curiosity and understanding. The afternoon will close with an immersive sound journey, giving your body, mind and heart the time to integrate all that has emerged.
This is a space to breathe, and to come home to yourself.
Please be advised this is not therapy, this is a space to explore, notice and find presence with compassion.

CLIENT LOVE
"Fionn and Cori, thank you both so much for holding such a sacred space for the breath work, meditation and sound bath. Sunday
was yet another powerful magical experience. I felt safe enough to
release some of what no longer serves me. Again a small voice from deep
within emerged, different from the last but equally as powerful. As I
was in a trance state the image I received was screaming in a wood. It
felt like I gave my inner child permission to vent her childhood anger
which was followed by tears and sobbing. So grateful for the healing.
This powerful experience followed by the sound bath couldn’t have been more perfect.
Still processing….. thank you 🌻" - Clare Paterson
"Fionn’s Shamanic Breathwork sessions really help you feel held to go to some deep places and shift old stuck energy, trauma and loss. I love the way she incorporates shamanic tools throughout the session. You really do go on a journey and to me its another form of therapy and you are led by someone you feel very supported, safe and grounded with." - Philippa Harrop
"Super nice working with Fionn. I did a shadow breathwork session with her which I found massively useful. Really well held space. The session itself really helped me to integrate somethings that I'd been carrying for a good while. I'm feeling so much better after it. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Fionn" - Steve Swallow
"I attended Fionns SPIRITUS breathwork journeys for ‘Sacred Sexuality’ & the ‘Queen archetype’ with Fionn. Both were well held and led by Fionn who gave concise and clear information and guidance throughout. Both experiences were different for me personally and I would highly recommend giving it a try." - Amy Hughes-Tiley
Your Facilitators:
Fionn is a Somatic and Shamanic Practitioner, ceremonialist, and energy alchemist with over 17 years of experience supporting others through deep personal and spiritual healing.
She weaves breathwork, somatic practices, ancestral ritual, and energy medicine to help people reconnect with their voice, power, and inner wisdom. A trained Shamanic Practitioner, Priestess, and certified Breathwork and Somatic Guide, her studies also include Reiki, Family Constellations, Sacred Sexuality and Cacao facilitation. Her deepest learning, however, comes from Mother Earth, the trees, the animals, and the people she has been honoured to walk alongside.
Fionn brings a deep love of story and archetype into her work, inviting others to explore the patterns that shape their lives. Having walked her own healing path through religious and childhood trauma, she holds space with compassion, clarity, and integrity. Her approach is trauma-informed, heart-led, and rooted in the knowing that the medicine we seek already lives within us.

Cori is the face of KOA and KOA Unplugged, the podcast. She identifies as a trauma informed integrative somatic therapist. She offers nurturing spaces for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and deep rest, weaving together yoga, meditation, compassion based practice, Reiki, and sound therapy to support people in reconnecting with the body’s natural capacity for balance, safety, and ease.
Her approach is grounded in trauma informed practice and prioritises choice, autonomy, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Each person is recognised as the expert in their own lived experience. Everything offered is invitational, with space to move, rest, or pause in ways that feel right for the individual in each moment.
There is no expectation to perform or achieve. Instead, her work invites a return to presence, to listening inwardly, and to softening into the intelligence of the body and breath.
Cori’s work is shaped by years of study and practice in somatic awareness, energy based healing, and contemplative traditions, alongside lived experience and relational work. She holds space with steadiness, compassion, and care, supporting people to meet themselves exactly as they are.
What is Cacao?
Cacao is a heart-opening non-psychoactive plant medicine and is one of the many tools available that can help us tune into who we really are. She supports us in softening our hearts so we can move from fear to love and connect with our inner wisdom. Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves our intuition and inner guidance, which leaves you loved up (with yourself), empowered, and in your heart.
Drinking Cacao is optional. Please do speak to me about other options.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to drink Cacao, please read here. Whilst Cacao is generally safe for everyone, there are some contraindications, and it is important that you are informed.
