11.00am – 12.00pm: Clothes and Toys Drop

12.30pm – 12.45pm: Relaxed Shopping*

12.45pm – 1.30pm: Shopping for those who have donated items

1.30pm – 2.00pm: Unlimited shopping, any number of items can be collected by anyone, regardless of whether they have donated

*Relaxed shopping is intended for those who require a quieter and less busy environment to shop, such as those with autism, those with a learning disability or anyone with a sensory predisposition. The music will be turned off, and shoppers will be given plenty of space by volunteers. Please only attend if you require this adjustment, as we don't want the space to be too busy for attendees.

Swap don't shop!

Join us for a monthly clothes swap event running alongside West Norwood Feast.

Items to exchange should be clean, in a good condition, no marks or holes; please bring clothes in the condition in which you would like to receive them. 

We can only accept the following clothes: tops, trousers, shorts, skirts, dresses, jumpsuits, coats, jackets, jumpers, cardigans, activewear, suits, accessories, hats and shoes. No underwear, socks or swimwear. An unlimited number of items can be donated, but the maximum tickets given to shop is 10. 

Toys, Books and Boardgames

We cannot accept toys or games with a connection to the mains. We can't accept dirty or broken toys or toys with sharp edges. We ask that you wash soft toys in particular before donation, unless they're brand new. We also can't accept incomplete toys, like sets of board games or puzzles with missing pieces.

Items which are not collected will be donated to charity. 

There is the option to buy a £3 ticket to support the running of the event, which is greatly appreciated. 

The space is generously donated by The Great North Wood. Please support the pub by buying food and drinks on the day.

Children attending the event must be accompanied and supervised at all times. There will be space downstairs in the pub for pushchairs, but it may be busy, so we cannot guarantee space.
