Lammas walk

The Lammas forest bathing session sold out very quickly, so this is another chance to lean into the magic of late summer, walking the paths and peaks of St Catherine’s Hill.

We’ll meet at the foothill of this ancient hillfort, where our ancestors gathered thousands of years before we walked the earth.

In the cooling evening light, we’ll gently bear witness to the subtle shifts taking place – turning away from the heady energy of summer, and into the magical season of the spirits.

Lammas is the first of the harvest festivals, celebrating the hay and grain. From our vantage point overlooking Winchester, we’ll gaze across fields and streams, and reflect on the harvests we’re reaping in our own lives.

What to expect

• A gentle evening walk around 60-90 minutes
• The ascent is steep in places, with woodland paths
• Moments of quiet observation and seasonal reflection

Your guide

Emily has been walking with the seasons for many years, foraging, contemplating and connecting with nature. Weaving together threads of folklore, earth-based spirituality and a deep love for Hampshire's sacred landscape, she leads sessions that embrace the medicine of walking together, especially when the world asks us to pause and listen.
