Early autumn forest bathing
Early autumn forest bathing
Mid-October, and the light will be fading. All around us, leaves will begin dropping and the woods will be alive with the energy of autumn. The rustling of the squirrels as they rush to bury their final treasures. The drop of the hazels as they fall among the leaf litter. The scent of damp moss. And maybe even the waxy top of a new-season mushroom poking up from the forest floor.
It’s a feast for the senses, and a wonderful time to be in the woods.
Join us to quietly pay attention to nature’s gifts, as we slow right down and uncover the pleasures waiting for us in the forest.

Emily has been walking with the seasons for many years, foraging, contemplating and connecting with nature. Currently training in Shinrin-yoku with Nature & Therapy, she weaves together threads of folklore, earth-based spirituality and a deep love for Hampshire's sacred landscape, leading sessions that embrace the medicine of walking together, especially when the world asks us to pause and listen.
