With a proven track record of increasing student achievement and teacher proficiency, she is adept at strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of goal-oriented initiatives. Her extensive experience includes content and high-quality curriculum implementation within a large, diverse public school district. Committed to team building that strengthens culture and morale, Sharalynn is skilled in cross-functional team leadership, data analysis, and systems management. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Holy Cross, she is purpose-driven and relentless in the pursuit of growth, improvement, and excellence.
