Summer has a way of filling up and zooming by in the blink of an eye.

It’s weekends at the cottage, last-minute patio plans, biking with friends, celebrating everyone’s milestones, and constantly saying “we need to find time” until suddenly… there isn’t any.

You’re busy in the best way, but still running on empty more often than you’d like.

This Women in Focus session is your chance to make time, before the season comes to a close.

Led by Genna Ekambi, this guided reset is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and easy to step into.

An evening to reset, slow down, and give yourself a mindful moment that’s entirely your own to honour this season of you.

You’ll move through:

  • Gentle movement to shake off tension
  • Breathwork and grounding to calm your system
  • A simple EFT tapping session for an emotional reset
  • Guided journaling to clear your head and check in with yourself
  • A quick intention-setting moment to carry forward

We’ll wrap with time to sit, chat, and connect, if you feel like it. No pressure, no forced networking, just a comfortable space to be around other women.

Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket, whatever you feel most comfortable using for movement and relaxation. Journals and a refreshment will be provided.

Because summers are busy, but this moment is yours.
