Wired & Tired Community Events

For mums raising neurodivergent kids (diagnosed or suspected)

Events list

Wired & Tired is a monthly community for mums raising neurodivergent kids; a calm, low-pressure space to connect with people who really get it.

Hosted by Annabella Smith, founder of Balanced Coaching (qualified career coach supporting ambitious ADHDer mums to reclaim their identity beyond motherhood); this is a supportive and down-to-earth event designed to help you feel less alone, more understood, and a little more like you again.

📍 Harbour Hotel, Brighton
✨ Held in a quiet corner within the bar area
👥 Limited to 15 mums per month (small, safe, friendly)

When

🗓 Every 3rd Thursday of the month starting 19 March 2026.

What to expect

We alternate monthly between:

Coffee Mornings – 9.30 am - 11.30am, ticket includes access to the W&T Community, a hot drink + pastries, and lifelong support from mums who get it
🍷 Evening Drinks – 7 pm - 9 pm, ticket includes access to the W&T Community, 1 alcoholic drink (or 2 non-alcoholic) + cheeseboard & nibbles, and lifelong support from mums who get it

NB. Make sure you select the right event ticket when buying your tickets!

This is a non-judgemental, honest, positive space, with no pressure to talk, share, or “perform.” You can come for connection, support, or simply to sit in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself.

To make it genuinely comfortable for everyone, we use a traffic light name badge system:

  • Green = happy to chat
  • Orange = might be a bit quieter, but feel free to engage
  • Red = here just to listen today

There will be a light structure to the event (including a short group coaching-style reflection), but you’re free to take part as little or as much as you want.

Come for the connection. Leave feeling lighter.
