As part of our woodland management there is a need to lay the hedge to the left of the entrance to Thornton Wood - this hedge leads down to the M53.
Remember to bring refreshments and a packed lunch. Please wear footwear and clothing suitable for outdoor working in changeable weather conditions. For novices attending, tools and appropriate PPE will be provided.
The meeting place for this event is not accurately shown on the map below. Meet on Thornton Common Road on the bridge which crosses the M53. Meet at 09:15 to move to the woods at 09:30
