Quarter Bank, Thornton Wood Weekend Working

A weekend of work at Quarter Bank in Thornton Wood, task include Hazel coppicing, hedge planting (transferring hawthorn from one area to another) and re-excavation of the pond.

There are two dates for this work, please select your date/s as required.

Please wear footwear and clothing suitable for outdoor working in changeable weather conditions.

Tools and appropriate PPE will be provided.

Remember to bring refreshments and a packed lunch with you.

The meeting point for the event is on the bridge over the M53 on Thornton Common Road.
