Weekend Working at Thornton Common

Tasks for the weekend include Oak pollarding, willow removal and re-excavation of the pond.

Meeting in the car park of Wirral Rugby Club which is next to Thornton Common.

Wear clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor working.  Tools and appropriate PPE will be provided 

Teas and coffees will be available, please bring your own refreshment if you would like something else.  Don't forget your packed lunch too.
