7th-8th Grade School Year Wellness Workshop Series--PETALUMA

The School Year Wellness Workshop Series for girls entering 7th-8th grades is now enrolling! This workshop series draws on the 8 core foundations of the program (see below) and also takes into account the needs the group of girls is presenting with. This consideration gives them lots of valuable space to share about their lives, who they are, and problem solve challenges they are facing.  In turn, this space provides the opportunity for girls to increase self-esteem and confidence, helps girls learn to better cope with stress and anxiety, and fosters a connection with their peers in knowing they aren't alone. Girls needs these skills to thrive!

ALL NEW ACTIVITIES, conversations, snacks, and materials will be provided.

Day/Time:. 

Thursdays 4:15-5:30PM--from August 26-December 16, 2026

No Workshops November 19 and November 26

Investment: The investment of the program is spread out evenly over the 4 months of program for the 15 sessions. The first payment is due upon sign up. The next 3 payments will be due on September 1, October 1, and November 1. Statements will be emailed to you via Wave.

If registering before July 1, 2026, receive the monthly early rate of $208.25 per month + fees

If registering after July 1, 2026, the monthly registration is $245.75 per month + fees

Commitment: In part, workshops are most effective with every member showing up weekly. This builds rapport, trust, and leads to the ability to gain valuable support from one another. By signing up for this workshop, you are committing your daughter to doing her best to show up weekly.  The continuity of time together creates an amazing environment for girls to thrive.

Where: Workshops will take place each week at McKinley School, 110 Ellis Street, Petaluma, CA 94952.  

Cancellation:. Full refunds given if cancelling 2 weeks prior to workshop start date.  You must cancel by email to wisegirlworkshops@gmail.com.  There are no refunds or credits given if cancelling thereafter.  No refunds or credits given for missed sessions.  If workshop is cancelled by you within the cancellation window, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $20 processing fee.  You are responsible to pay for the entire session if your daughter withdrawals early from the program.

Please note: This is not a therapy group. There will be no diagnosis or assessment. This is a wellness and coaching workshop.
