The Orchard Picnic Mini Photoshoots

The Orchard Picnic Mini Photoshoots will take place amongst the apple trees in the Wiston Gardens Orchard, with a beautifully styled autumnal picnic scene creating the perfect backdrop for your photos.

Think tartan blankets, wicker picnic baskets, apples, seasonal flowers and cosy autumnal details — all designed to create natural, relaxed and memorable photographs.

Sessions are available at set times throughout the day and must be booked in advance.

Important Info

The fruit trees are currently closed to the public, and fruit picking is not permitted.

The orchard will only be accessible to those attending a booked photography session.

Pets are welcome, provided they are comfortable in an outdoor setting and remain under their owner's control.

On arrival please park at the lodge and follow signs to the garden. It is a short walk (5 mins) through a forest trail; please wear appropriate footwear.

🍂 A Note About the Weather

We’re in Scotland, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed for a little autumn sunshine! However, if the rain makes an appearance, the photoshoot will still go ahead. We’ll make adjustments to the setup and use the weather to create beautiful, atmospheric autumn photographs.

Please come dressed appropriately for the Scottish weather and wear suitable footwear for the short walk to the orchard.

In the event of severe weather, such as high winds or storms, which makes the session unsafe, we will contact you and arrange an alternative date.
