Important Information for Stallholders

Arrival and setup

Stallholders may arrive from 9:00am on Saturday 21st November to set up their tables and display their products. Please allow yourself enough time to get everything ready before the fayre opens to visitors.

Event hours and pack-down

All stallholders are expected to remain set up and ready to trade until 3:00pm. Please do not begin packing away, dismantling your display or removing products before 3:00pm, as this can disrupt the event and visitor experience.

Once the event finishes at 3:00pm, you may begin packing down your stall.

Stall allocation

Stall positions will be allocated based on booking order and the overall layout of the hall. We will aim to create a varied and welcoming shopping experience for visitors.

What to bring

Please bring your products, display materials, signage, packaging and any equipment you need to present your stall professionally. Please check with us in advance if you require electricity or have any specific setup needs.

Promoting the event

We encourage all stallholders to share the Christmas Craft Fayre with their own customers and followers. Helping us spread the word will support a successful event for everyone involved.
