The Dare to Lead™ Programme is an empirically based course designed by the renowned researcher and author Brené Brown, whose more than 30 years of research into courage, vulnerability, trust, shame, feedback, and leadership — including over 400,000 datasets — have profoundly shaped leadership cultures and organisations worldwide.
At its core, Dare to Lead™ explores what courageous leadership looks like in practice — especially under pressure:
- navigating difficult conversations with courage and clarity
- giving and receiving feedback without excessive defensiveness or avoidance
- leading from values rather than fear, perfectionism, or self-protection
- building trust, accountability, and meaningful connection in teams and relationships
- Learning how to use your leadership to embed courage buidling skills into the fabric of your organisation.
