Start with a traditional Irish country welcome with a drink and light bite followed by a reflective walking tour of Willow and Lore family heritage farm connecting you to the place and a forgotten era

Step into the shoes of our farming ancestors and get hands on with seasonal farm activities:

• Make butter, from milk in the urn to butter in the churn
• Thresh the wheat from the chaff and learn how to take corn from meadow to dough
• Growing potatoes with man, horse and tractor power. From potatoes in the soil to spuds on the boil

With these staple ingredients and local produce, traditional Irish food is prepared on a griddle and enjoyed around the open fire, listening to local folklore and finishing up with a customary Irish parting glass.

Food served should be considered as a late supper rather than a full dinner, please plan your dining accordingly
