🎄 Time to Choose Your Stall! 🎄
Whether you’re bringing handmade magic, foodie delights, or festive fun, we’ve got a range of stall options to suit your setup and your sleigh’s budget! 🛷💫

Please pick the stall type that best matches your offering – this is really important, so double-check before booking, or you might end up on the naughty list...

🎪 Stall Options:

• Indoor Hall Stall – £50
  Includes a table. Cosy, warm, and limited – these go faster than Santa’s sleigh, so grab them while you can!

• Outdoor Stall (Paved) – £40
  3m x 4m (standard gazebo size). You’ll need to bring your own shelter.

• Outdoor Stall (Grass) – £35
  Same size as above, just a grassy setting! Ideal for rustic charm and sturdy boots.

• Larger Stall – £120
  For anything big, bold, or delicious! Includes food trucks, hot food vendors, and alcohol stalls serving on the day.

🎅 IMPORTANT: If you select the wrong stall type, you may be turned away on the day with no refund – and no one wants that kind of Christmas surprise.

🧾 For All Food & Drink Traders:

If you're planning to sell food or drink, you must provide all the correct paperwork (see details below).
Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.

🎁 Please Note Before Booking:

• Your booking will be reviewed by our elves (aka the bookings team).

• If we already have a stall too similar to yours (e.g. same brand or products), we’ll contact you and issue a refund – this helps us keep the fayre varied and magical for visitors!

• All stalls are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

• We’re a team of volunteers juggling festive cheer with day jobs, so it might take a little while to confirm your booking.
  👉 If you don’t hear from us, consider your booking confirmed.

• All bookings are non-refundable, so please be sure before you book!

🧝 A Few Rules from Santa’s Workshop:

Food Vendors
By law, under the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013, you must be registered with your local authority at least 28 days before the event.
✅ Please send us a copy of your registration and hygiene certificate.
🎁 You must also display clear allergen information at your stall.

Alcohol Sellers
You must hold a valid Temporary Event Notice (TEN) or be a licensed alcohol seller. No licence = no mulled wine sales!

Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
To help keep everyone safe and merry, we ask that all stallholders carry £1–5 million PLI cover. This is a must-have for everyone trading on the day.
