Vendor + Volunteer Parking Pass

1 Pass per Volunteer

Up to  2 pass's per vendor / organisation stall.

If you require more than 2 passes for your stall / organisation then please email / WhatsApp Chris directly. (you will have his direct information by this point)

This pass will allow you to park within the vendor / volunteer parking next to the main WODland arena. Please respect that we need to fit all volunteers & vendors in this section. So please park close to each other allowing the track in the middle to be free to gain access in & out. Please refer to attached image.

Directions into the Forest:

You will enter the forest down a dirt road, please respect the speed limit of 10mph. This track is a public footpath and therefore you might meet dog walkers, walkers and or cyclists whilst driving down.

Parking is within the WODland field (signed and flag with our staff there) nearby to the WODland Arena. The field is grass and should be driven on carefully / under guidance of our parking volunteers. If you have a blue bag, you MUST show this to our volunteers to park within the Volunteer / Vendor car park.

Please refer to our terms and conditions with regards to parking. We take no responsibility for your car over the weekend. Driving down the dirt road is taken at your own risk and parking in the field is taken at your own risk. Refer to T&C’s for more info.
