Nature Engagement for Wellbeing
Join Jo Parker, a certified Forest therapeutic practitioner, for an immersive nature engagement session in Barley Mow Wood, Knaphill.
This slow-paced evening event will be inspired by the principles of forest bathing, immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, opening up your awareness and senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical and mental wellbeing.
What do I need to bring?
- layers of clothing: inside woodlands tend to be shadier and cooler than their outside
- suitable footwear for uneven ground and trip hazards such as fallen branches, slippery leaves (trainers are fine if it’s not muddy)
- a drink to sip and a snack if you think you might need it.
