Join Jo Parker, a certified Forest therapeutic practitioner, for an immersive nature engagement session in Barley Mow Wood, Knaphill.

This slow-paced evening event will be inspired by the principles of forest bathing, immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, opening up your awareness and senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical and mental wellbeing.

  • a drink to sip and a snack if you think you might need it.
