Stride with Pride

Welcome to the Stride with Pride Walking Group! Calling all fabulous LGBT+ folks and their allies. We gather in the glorious surroundings of Wolverhampton's West Park.

Picture this: a group of radiant individuals, striding confidently through the park, with an aura of sass and pride that would make The Vivienne herself gag. Our fabulous Flamingo Stroll is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded people who embrace diversity and celebrate the beauty of the LGBTQ+ community.

Now, let's talk about the "gentle" part of this fabulous affair. We're all about inclusivity and making everyone feel comfortable, so our pace is as gentle as a butterfly's wing fluttering on a summer breeze. We understand that not everyone is a marathon runner or a fitness fanatic, so our goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all.

All walks are normally flat and accessible. Join us at 10:45am (by the bandstand) to set off promptly at 11am, you are welcome to walk for 30 minutes, 1 hour or 1.5 hours, do as much as you feel -at your own pace. If you have children feel free to bring them along too.
