Table leaders & topics
Susan Matyas Breedlove - “Enabling Self Organized Teams”
Sounds dreamy right? Easy? However it takes a lot of work to cultivate this freedom of organizing. Join me in discussing what my teams say have worked in supporting them to do this successfully and what didn't work for them. Bring your ideas and questions and we can come up with some great ideas to bring back and implement with your team.
Spencer Bishop - “Confessions of an overthinker: how my obsessive thinking helped me become a better decision maker”
A review of the book Decisive by Chip and Dan Heath and personal account of some habits that helped me overcome anxiety, take more risks, and make quicker decisions, especially at work.
Domonique Townsend, - “Are you "en" or out? Using your authenticity to create more engaging experiences with others.”
Your approach to engaging with others shapes your life experiences whether professionally or personally. In our 'Are you "en"or out?' topic discussion, we will identify ways our authenticity can bring better solutions, how to unlock limiting beliefs and gain clarity in what supports your overall well-being.
Amanda Main, - "Excuse me ma'am, but you can put your claws away now."
This discussion will focus on some of the unfair labels we receive as women when trying to climb the corporate ladder, and how we can 'turn the ship' by redefining what it means to be a powerful player without compromising ourselves or our integrity.
Susanna Baxter - “Tactical communication at work”
Communicating effectively with superiors, vendors and other teams. Strategy is a long-term plan, but tactics are the individual steps to get you there.
