A free event to celebrate badminton and encouraging an active lifestyle. Hear from speakers, leaders and elite athletes from the sport, wellbeing experts. Take part in workshops led by physiotherapist and fitness instructors and of course importantly get involved in badminton activities lead by an Olympian and badminton coaches.
An event for the whole family to enjoy and encourage more women and girls into badminton.
