The Women in Sustainability Network is thrilled to welcome back Jannine Barron for another transformative online workshop! This time, we will dive even deeper into the emerging movement of Regenerative Business.

What is regenerative business, and why is it emerging now?

In this interactive workshop, Jannine will go beyond the “what” to explore the “why” and “how” of regenerative principles and what they mean for you, whether you're working within an organisation, leading your own enterprise, or simply looking to align your purpose with the needs of a rapidly changing world.

You’ll explore questions like:

• Where are regenerative principles already applied, and what can we learn from them?
• How do I begin to integrate regenerative thinking into my work, leadership, and life?
• What does regeneration look like in practice, and how can I be part of the shift?

Over two inspiring hours, we’ll cover:

• The core principles of Regenerative Business and how they complement sustainability and nature-risk strategies
• Systemic thinking, intergenerational impact, and the power of language and creativity
• Nature's wisdom as a guide for innovation, equity, and resilience
• A touchpoint with The Regenerative Wheel Framework that offers you a way to root your work in a living systems approach

This session is designed to be reflective, practical, and energising. A space where every participant will be invited to articulate their own understanding of regeneration in a personal and professional context.
