This is booking for the in-person event. You are warmly welcomed to my home at Marton for this friendly, inclusive event.  
Do you feel a pull to reconnect with other women? Like a deep remembering. Do you feel a yearning to find space for yourself, to develop your self compassion and confidence while at the same time supporting others? To talk, share, listen and laugh in a deeper, more meaningful and authentic way?

Maybe the time feels right for you to try something completely different and new that seems to resonate but you’re not sure why? Or perhaps you are familiar with women’s circles, spiritual self development and you are looking for your “tribe”?

When women sit in circle, share honestly and listen without judgement or advice something amazing happens. It surprises me every time how when we just show up in our rushed, stressed, exhausted imperfection something always shifts and feels perfect and joyful. It’s stripped back simplicity but somehow so effective and even magical.

The sessions will consist of two parts;
1. Teaching and sharing practises that I have gathered and used myself for years as I deal with the challenges of a busy life, work and being a mam. Like my “soul tool kit” of meditation, spirituality, breath work, rest and self compassion practises I don’t know how I would cope without.
2. A Women’s circle where we will have a focus or intention and “co-creators” can share (if they choose to) or just listen without judgement and an open heart.

Like all my offerings the in-person events will have hot drinks and homemade treats 🙌🎂
