Join Women's History Scotland for our annual Sue Innes Memorial Lecture, featuring guest speaker Professor Marjory Harper.

The Sue Innes Memorial Lecture celebrates the legacy of feminist historian and campaigner Sue Innes. Professor Marjory Harper is Professor of History at the University of Aberdeen and Visiting Professor at the Centre for History at the University of the Highlands and Islands. An internationally recognised historian of Scottish emigration and heritage, her research has transformed our understanding of the experiences of Scots who left their homeland. She is also widely known for her commitment to public history, engaging audiences through lectures, broadcasting, and community projects.
