TERFLandia New Zealand Book Launch Tour - Auckland

Kara Dansky will be in New Zealand from the 14th to 16th November to launch her new book, TERFLandia: How the Global Terven Will Win the Gender Wars:

The Women's Rights Party is sponsoring Kara's visit to New Zealand.

Tickets are $20 unwaged and $30 waged.

Edited by Kara Dansky, the book features contributions from feminist writers, academics and campaigners from around the world, including New Zealand's own Jan Rivers.

The book discusses the global 'gender wars', that arose when ‘transgender’ men and women, and their allies, imposed their beliefs on everyone else. The demand for so-called 'trans rights' inevitably came into direct conflict with hard-won women's rights, especially in relation to women’s spaces and women's sports. The word "woman" was being systematically erased in law, language and life.

The book highlights the resistance by women against self-ID and 'trans' demands. Those who have embraced the term TERFs (trans exclusionary radical feminists), emphasise the material reality of sex and defend women’s and girls' sex-based rights against demands based on gender identity.

You will be sent details of the venue by email the day before each event.

We will have a limited number of the book available for sale at the event signed by Kara.
