I am an experienced senior HR professional and qualified coach, and was the People & Engagement Director at Wales & West Utilities until 2022. Passionate about people development, organisational culture and colleague voice, I created my business - Pathways People Solutions, to support organisations to develop their people strategies and programmes.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in utilities, sport and the charity sector – many of whom are struggling to understand the importance of taking action when it comes to culture and psychological safety, as well as just saying all the right things! I’m looking forward to this conversation in which I hope we can learn from each other and encourage others to do things differently.
