We will be joined at this event by guest speaker Claire Noble Head of Talent and Development (designate) at Cadent Gas Limited

Claire Noble has worked in various roles within the gas industry for 16 years, including operational support, customer and HR roles in Cadent and its predecessors. For the last 5 years Claire has actively led in the space of learning and development, with an expertise in apprenticeships and new talent. In her current role, Claire is responsible for developing and leading the future strategy for Cadent around Talent, training and learning.

Claire is passionate about the various routes into talent and particularly champions apprenticeships for all and encouraging diversity in apprenticeships. Claire regularly represents Cadent to influence the skills agenda, how the industry can have a joined up approach and ensuring future skills opportunities can deliver what our industry needs.
