Meet your favourite authors, discover new voices, and have your books signed while exploring our vibrant marketplace of authors and vendors at this multi-genre book signing and fantasy ball.

Take on the Fantasy Challenge for your chance to win over £100 in prizes, or enjoy a touch of fun outdoors with enchanting garden games and a free bouncy castle for all ages.

As night falls, slip on your finest attire and step into the enchanting Fantasy Ball, where you’ll savour a delicious three-course meal and dance the night away in a world of magic and mystery.

Book signing times:

Early entry: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

General admission: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm

Fantasy ball & three course meal: 7:30 pm until late

We have several options for you.

Standard entry: £10 (11:30 am) this includes the Fantasy Challenge (with a prize for completion), entry band, bookmark, table plan and stickers.

Early entry: £25 (10:00 am) this includes extra time with the authors before the rush, the Fantasy Challenge (with a prize for completion), early entry, bookmark, entry band, table plan and stickers.

SWAG Bag: £35 this includes a Wonderland bag, special edition Wonderland mug or glass, Wonderland candle, Fantasy Challenge, sweets, table plan, entry band upgraded to the lanyard (entry not included, please add this on), bookmark, stickers and the signing book with author logos, photos and quotes.

SWAG bags in 2025 included 5 books. We hope to do the same with the Gold Sponsors in 2026, but cannot guarantee this, until sponsors have been confirmed.
SWAG Bags may not be suitable for children under 16.

Full Ticket: £90 Standard 11:30 am entry & Fantasy Ball. Includes everything as per the standard entry ticket above.

VIP Ticket: £125 Early 10:00 am entry, SWAG Bag (contents as above) & Fantasy Ball with three-course meal, and arrival drink.

Under 16s Ticket: Free for the signing, £60 for the ball. (Babies under 1, do not need a ticket unless they are having a meal/using a seat).

Fantasy Ball Carers Ticket: £80. (Includes free standard entry to the book signing.)

*All tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name up to a month before the event.

**Everyone will need to leave the main room promptly at 4:30 pm so it can be set up for the fantasy ball. There is an area by the bar if you would like to stay for drinks, and leisure facilities available in the hotel (Eastwood Hall).

*** Under 16s are allowed at the parent’s discretion, however, there will be merchandise of an adult nature during the book signing. All under 16s must have a ticket for the fantasy ball. (No charge for under 16s to the signing.)
