We are so lucky to have the return of chef Mike Keen to our September Barn N Grill night. Definitely not a night to be missed! 5 course menu showcasing the best of the wonky Horn meats with other local delicacies.

Mike Keen is a chef, explorer, and human test lab investigating the boundaries of evolutionary nutrition. Recently returned from a 3,200km solo qajaq expedition and a four week ski crossing of Melville Bay during which he subsisted entirely on seal Mike’s work merges extreme physical endurance with medical science. His upcoming project, The Big Diet Experiment (2026), will see him test Hunter, Agricultural, and Industrial diets under the scrutiny of a global "supergroup" of experts. Based in Suffolk, Mike is the subject of a 2025 documentary and is currently writing his first book, due in 2027. Mike travels and cooks all over the world, marrying modern food trends with evolutionary diets to communicate a better approach to our food.
